UPDATE: SUNSHINE VENTURES, INC. (OTCCBB: SSHV)(f/k/a CORE SOLUTIONS; f/k/a PREMIERE AXIUM) — FAVARA RELOADED

Investigative Reports

June 19 2003

At Sunshine Ventures, Inc. (OTCBB: SSHV) (formerly known as Core Solutions, Inc.), the more things change the more they remain the same. On May 7, 2003 we reported that Sunshine’s CEO and principal shareholder, Christine Favara, had abruptly resigned as an officer and director, and had transferred all of her stock in the Company to an individual named Tina Cowan for a paltry $15,000.

Ms. Favara’s departure – at a seemingly bargain price – came just months after she had been projecting multi-million dollar revenues for the Company in 2003. Not surprisingly, none of those predictions have come to pass. For the first three months of 2003 the Company had no revenues. Compounding that sad state, at the end of March 2003 the Company had no current assets.

Despite that bleak financial picture, Ms. Favara just couldn’t stay away. On May 30th she repurchased controlling interest in the Company from Ms. Cowan for $50,000. Ms. Favara agreed to pay the purchase price by delivering to Ms. Cowan shares of stock worth $50,000. Completing the circle, Ms. Cowan and her team resigned as officers and directors of the Company, and Ms. Favara rules, once again, as the sole officer and director.

Why was control of the Company suddenly worth $50,000 – more than three times what Ms. Cowan had paid to displace Ms. Favara less than one month earlier? And why would Ms. Favara now want in – when she so recently wanted out? No reason has been offered for this game of musical shares.

In any event, the Company says it is changing its name – for the second time in recent months – to Christine’s Precious Petals Inc. The Secretary of State of Nevada lists two corporations by that name. The first, incorporated on March 26, 1999 (which is presumably the Company, formerly Sunshine Ventures, formerly Core Solutions, formerly Premier Axium) lists Tina Cowan as President. The second, formed on September 30, 2002, lists Christine Favara as President, Secretary and Treasurer.

What’s next? Tina’s Tulips?
