The Securities and Exchange Commission continues to clear the regulatory deck of public companies that are delinquent in making public filings. On September 7, 2005, the SEC issued its largest order of suspension ever, announcing that trading had been suspended temporarily in the securities of 39 public companies. The suspension, which began at 9:30 am on September 7, will conclude at 11:59 pm on September 20, 2005.
The SEC's order suspended trading for 10 days in the following companies:
